StoryFest Newquay presents: Rebecca Cobb (ages 13 – 16)
Settle in for a creative session with children’s book writer and illustrator Rebecca Cobb at Alma Artspace, in Wesley Yard, on Tuesday 18 August 10:30am.
The children’s picture book author will be leading an illustration workshop perfect for young adults aged 13 – 16. Different mediums will be explored and attendees will also have a chance to ask Rebecca questions about what it’s like to be an illustrator.
Alma Artspace is an art gallery and event space at Wesley Yard, just up the hill from Newquay Town Centre.
Children attending will receive a free copy of Rebecca’s beautiful A Wild Walk To School during the StoryFest Newquay event. Claim your free ticket now or use the sign up sheet next time you’re at Newquay Library.
StoryFest Newquay is hosted by Clemo Books in partnership with Newquay Library and Newquay Town Council and funded by the Penguin Children’s Bookshop Grant to celebrate the National Year of Reading 2026.
