Delivery is available to addresses within the United Kingdom. International delivery may be available for certain destinations; please check at checkout.

7. Consumer Rights — Right to Cancel

You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
8. Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original condition, unused and undamaged
- In the original packaging where possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item and confirming it meets the above criteria.
We do not accept returns on digital or downloadable products once they have been accessed or downloaded, unless they are faulty.
9. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@clemobooks.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the damage where possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your goods do not meet these requirements, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
