Oliver Pendlington Storytelling Session

Join us in Clemo Books on Saturday 29 March, at 10am, for a FREE storytelling session with local children's author Oliver Pendlington. He'll be reading from his latest book The Mice Who Saved Sparkle which follows the tale of two brave mice saving an injured starling bird - you'll see lots of starlings flying above Newquay's skies! Oliver has high-functioning autism, which often lets him see the world differently to most people and The Mice Who Saved Sparkle is his fourth children's fiction book. The book, illustrated by Brighton based printmaker Sharon James-Alderton, will be on sale at Clemo Books after the storytelling session and Oliver will be happy to answer questions and sign copies.
